Pole Foundation tab layout

The layout of the pole Foundation tab has been improved to make it easier to interact with the options and view the information. The functionality of this section remains unchanged.

To navigate to this, select a pole in the Perspective, Plan or Profile view, then in the Properties panel select the Foundation tab:

Previously a pole's foundation tab would automatically populate with data for the default Soil layer and graph for the worst Environment for foundation reports.

Now the first time a pole's Foundation tab is opened, Soil layer will be (None) and no other data will appear. Updating the Layer will trigger the relevant data to appear in tables and electing an Environment for diagram will cause the diagram to appear.
