You - and the people that you allow - can access your Neara projects in the cloud on supported devices without needing to download, move, and share files.
Select Project / Share on the menu:
The Share project dialog provides options for sharing with people inside and outside of your organization:
Share with a user or team
You can share projects with individual users and teams that have active user accounts in your Neara organization account.
Clicking Add user(s) on the popup. In the box start typing any of the following to see suggestions that you can pick from:
A person's first or last name
A person's email address
A team's name
You can add multiple entries in this box:
Choose the Access Level that will apply to all the entered users and/or teams:
Read: can view the project, but not make any changes
Write: can view the project, and make and save changes
None: cannot view the project
Finally, click the (+) Add to project button. Once added, you can modify a user or team's access level with the drop-down option:
If you check the Design is discoverable option, it will be visible in map and table views for quick access for the users that you have shared it with. See Browsing projects in your organization
Sharing and access level changes are saved immediately.
If a user should be included in your Neara organization account but is not, or if you do not see some of the options on these screens, contact us.
Removing a user or team's access
Click the red (x) icon to the right of the name in this dialog:
