Browsing projects in your organization
Updated over 8 months ago

When you first login to Neara, the Home screen shows your recently accessed projects in the Recently section.

You can also browse all of your projects - and those available to or shared with you - by selecting Projects / Open on the Home screen:

The list shows all projects either created by you, or shared with you.

Project discoverability

When someone in your organization shares a project with you, they have the option of making that project Discoverable. This means that project will be visible in map and table views so that they're easy to find.

In the Projects screen, you can view projects from other members of your organization that have been shared, but not marked as Discoverable by the owner.

Place a checkmark in the Include undiscoverable designs from other users checkbox:

Load a project

To load a project, click its ID or Name. Alternatively, a design can be loaded by clicking its Show link in the Location column, and then clicking the highlighted area on the map:

Archive or delete a project

To the left of the name column, place a checkbox next to each design that you want to Archive or Delete, and click the relevant option below the list:

Search for projects

Depending on your organization's configuration, you can also search for projects from within another project.

This is useful if you work with a large network model segmented into multiple sub-projects.
