Managing existing Reports

View, access, and manage the reports you have created

The Report Manager provides an easy way to view, access, and manage the reports you have created.

Click the (+) at the end of any row of tabs, and select Report Manager on the popup:

The Report Manager tab will be displayed. It can be dragged and docked to any other part of the workspace:

View a Report's settings

Select the report in the left-hand pane of the Report Manager and then click its settings (gear) icon:

On this screen you can view and in some cases modify the settings of the report including:

  • The source data from the model that the Report is based on

  • A friendly Description of the Report to help other users understand it

  • Set whether users can modify values in the report table

  • Set whether column headings display friendly titles or underlying data field names

  • Set which user types/roles are able to add the report to their workspaces

Click the settings (gear) icon again to close this screen.

Rename a Report

Select the report in the left-hand pane of the Report Manager and then click its settings (gear) icon:

The report's configuration will be displayed. Double-click the report name, edit it, and press ENTER when done:

Duplicate a report

To make a copy of an existing report so that you can, for example, modify it for a different analysis, click the copy icon to the right of the report's name in the left-hand pane of the Report Manager:

Delete a Report

To delete an existing report, click the delete (trashcan) icon to the right of the report's name in the left-hand pane of the Report Manager:

Reports are deleted immediately and without confirmation
