The Join Conductor tool on the toolbar is used to join two adjacent conductors to a single conductor, or merge the construction of the conductors but keep the conductors separate:

Click the Join Conductor tool, and on the Properties panel select the join method:

and then click to select the first conductor, and then the second one to join. Neara will automatically join the two:

When joining to a single conductor if the conductors differ in height, tension, or type, the properties will be taken from the first conductor that was clicked.
