Counterweights can now be added to insulators.

Perspective and Plan views will display a generic counterweight and analysis of the model will consider it.

Add a counterweight to a single insulator by selecting the insulator in the Perspective view and updating the Counterweight Mass.

Add counterweights to multiple insulators by creating a CableAttachment report and bulk updating the Counterweight Mass.

Remove a counterweight by returning its mass to zero.
