We've heard your feedback: the floating Help button in the lower-right of the screen is useful for finding answers and contacting our team, but can obscure on-screen information and settings:
To improve the experience the floating Help button will no longer appear automatically on the Home screen or in projects, after 9 June 2025.
To get support, access past messages and announcements, and search for help, select Chat with support from the Help menu instead:
Feature announcements and responses to support requests will still appear on-screen when available.
If you are unable to access in-app support using this feature, check that content blockers aren't preventing access on Neara websites or contact us at info@neara.com
