Create an account, or join an existing organization - and log in

Existing users

If you already have an account, visit:

and enter your email and password to login.

Neara supports Single Sign-On (SSO) for enterprise security

If your organization has SSO configured, you will be prompted to complete sign on using your authentication provider after entering your email, rather than entering a password.

New users

If your organization already uses Neara

If your organization is already using Neara, contact the Neara Administrator in your organization to request access. If you have received an invitation to join an organization in Neara, click the link to accept the invite and setup your user account.

If your organization does not already use Neara

If you're a new user at an organization that is not already using Neara, you can start a free trial.

Visit:

Choose the Sign up now option, complete the form to create an account, and click Sign up.

Use a strong / hard-to-guess password that is not used on any other site:

  • Must be at least 8 characters long

  • Must include at least one (1) uppercase letter

  • Must include at least one (1) lowercase letter

  • Must include at least one (1) number

  • May include symbols / punctuation marks

You can find strong password generators on the internet, for example the Bitwarden Strong Password Generator.

Create an organization and invite other users

If you create a new account, you have the option to setup an Organization account in Neara. This allows you to invite other users in your organization to collaborate with you on designs in a secure, controlled way.
